Its summer here. The weather is great and I am feeling optimistic. Lake life is the one for me. Nothing better than jumping in my car and driving out to my cabin.
That’s where I feel most at home. My family has a cabin at Victoria Beach. I have been going there since I was a little girl.
I’m pretty lucky because my Dad likes traveling as much as I do. So he is gone alot of the summer to more exotic places than northern Manitoba. Works out great for me.
So I get the cabin to myself all summer. In my younger days I used to get into alot of trouble. Now I pretty much eat, sleep and sit in the sun. It’s perfect!
